Tracy L. Coghill is a board certified specialist in Real Estate Law by The Florida Bar Board of Legal Specialization and Education and has practiced law in Florida since 1996. Her legal practice focused primarily on real estate, commercial and residential lending and banking. Prior to joining the Firm in 2022, Mrs. Coghill served as Chief Legal Counsel for TGR Financial Inc. and First Florida Integrity Bank and President and CEO of First National Title & Closing Services, Inc. Ms. Coghill began her career in 1996 with the law firm of Cottrell, Warchol, Merchant & Rollings before joining F.N.B. Corporation in 2002 as Corporate Counsel and President of West Coast Title Insurance Company. In 2003, she became General Counsel for First National Bankshares of Florida. Ms. Coghill is a graduate of Florida State University and received her juris doctorate, cum laude, from Walter F. George School of Law Mercer University. While in law school, Mrs. Coghill was a member and editor for Mercer Law Review.
Ms. Coghill brings her extensive knowledge and legal skills to the clients of TLC Legal & Consulting Services, LLC and provides a solid risk-based approach to navigating the everchanging compliance, legal and regulatory environments applicable to financial institutions and real estate professionals.
